Ingredients
Inulin, flavour blend (hibiscus tea extract, natural flavouring, Inulin, ashwagandha root extract, acerola juice powder), sweeteners (steviol glycosides from stevia, Sucralose), hop extract, tulsi extract, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), acidifier (citric acid, trisodium citrate dihydrate), sodium citrate, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.

According to the HOLY label, traces of gluten, egg, soya and milk (including lactose) cannot be ruled out.
Preparation
Mix one scoop (7 g) with 500 ml of water. Add ice cubes if desired and shake vigorously.
